On July 15, it was reported that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) will collaborate with departments such as market regulation, commerce, and finance to establish a normalized sharing mechanism. This initiative aims to facilitate quick verification for businesses seeking to be listed and accurate subsidies for vehicle trade-ins. Additionally, MIIT will work with public security departments to create an efficient data-sharing mechanism for vehicle compliance certificates, streamlining the registration process to provide a faster and more convenient experience. The State Council recently issued opinions on improving the mechanism for 'efficiently completing key tasks.' MIIT is implementing these directives by focusing on practical scenarios and maintaining a drive for efficiency in government services, shifting from a supply-oriented approach to one that meets the demands of businesses and the public. It is reported that MIIT has successfully shared 29.16 million data entries across regions, promoting a system where businesses only need to submit data once for multiple uses. This includes information related to the declaration, review, and updates for specialized small and medium-sized enterprises, significantly reducing repetitive reporting. Furthermore, MIIT is working with other departments to integrate data query interfaces, creating a comprehensive credit evaluation and digital profile for businesses to facilitate access to loans and lower financing costs, with over 1.2 trillion yuan in financing support provided to enterprises. Going forward, MIIT will focus on detailed implementation of key tasks, expanding efficiency in areas such as listing verification, policy support, and financing services, while continuously addressing bottlenecks in industry development and exploring additional specialized key tasks to enhance efficiency. New technologies such as artificial intelligence and secure data spaces will be applied to offer intelligent verification, reporting, inquiry, and assistance services to businesses and the public.
