Zhixing Technology Collaborates with Digua Robotics to Develop iRC100 Robot Controller
On July 21, it was reported that Zhixing Technology has announced a partnership with Digua Robotics to create the iRC100 robot controller, based on the Digua Robotics RDK S100P intelligent computing platform. This collaboration aims to provide customers with a more mature and reliable integrated solution for intelligent robots. Earlier in January this year, Zhixing Technology officially reached a strategic cooperation with Horizon Robotics. As the parent company of Digua Robotics, this partnership signifies a deepening of the long-term strategic collaboration between Zhixing Technology and Horizon Robotics. Furthermore, this initiative will be driven by Aimo Star Robotics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhixing Technology that focuses on the research and commercialization of robotics. This marks Aimo Star Robotics' expansion into the field of embodied intelligent main controllers, following the acquisition of Xiaogongjian Robotics and the completion of full-chain functional verification of self-developed charging robots. The iRC100 integrated main controller, developed based on the RDK S100P, will adopt a general platform architecture: internally supporting robot motion control algorithms and cutting-edge algorithms like VLA, encompassing both cerebellar and cerebral functions of the robot, as well as supporting the deployment of traditional BEV Transformers. Externally, it will cover interfaces like USB, ETH, and CAN, EtherCat bus, supporting optional functions such as grippers and IMUs, catering to the sensor and actuator access requirements of various embodied intelligent robots. More importantly, the Aimo Star iRC100 will offer a full-stack solution including hardware design and manufacturing, underlying software, middleware, and model deployment, allowing for customized configurations for customers, whether for complete functional deployment or foundational software and hardware environments. By leveraging Zhixing Technology's automotive-grade mass production experience and supply chain advantages, along with the technological accumulations from Horizon's Zhengcheng®6 series, the Aimo Star iRC100 will establish a market advantage characterized by high performance, high reliability, and cost competitiveness, providing flexible, efficient, and cost-effective main controller solutions for the mass production of embodied intelligent products. Currently, Aimo Star Robotics has completed the full-chain functional verification of its self-developed charging robots and plans to unveil the iRC100 main controller within the year.
