On July 11, Yika Technology announced the official signing of a global strategic cooperation agreement with Samsung Group, marking a new stage of deep collaboration between the two parties in the global smart ecosystem. Samsung Group operates in various core areas, including consumer electronics, mobile communications, semiconductors, and displays. Founded in 2017 and successfully listed on NASDAQ in 2022, Yika Technology focuses on developing full-stack solutions, including chip modules, smart cockpit and advanced driving computing platforms, central computing platforms, software platforms, in-car AI engines, and laser radar, emphasizing efficient development, global adaptability, and continuous innovation. Yika Technology has long maintained close collaboration with Samsung, integrating its leading display, storage, and sensor products into Yika’s product matrix. The two companies have jointly launched the industry-first integration of automotive-grade LPDDR5 in the Yika Antora® series computing platform and the Tianqiong® series advanced driving platform, achieving large-scale applications in production vehicles. Multiple mass-produced vehicle systems are equipped with Samsung display products, ensuring high-definition displays and smooth interactions. Currently, Yika Technology is accelerating the expansion of global cooperation and continuously promoting the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies across various fields such as automotive and robotics. According to the agreement, Yika Technology and Samsung Group will leverage their respective strengths in technological innovation and engineering development to integrate more advanced display, high-speed memory, and flash storage technologies from Samsung into Yika’s overall solutions. This collaboration aims to achieve co-creation of technology, product definition, and project development globally, bridging the gap between automotive and consumer electronics while driving embodied intelligence in devices such as cars, smartphones, wearables, and robots. The two parties stated that they will continue to expand diversified cooperation covering scenarios in automotive intelligence, general terminal devices, and smart hardware, jointly building an open technology ecosystem that leads the industry and ensures sustainable evolution.
