He noted that while Xiaopeng will continue its focus on intelligence, the introduction of self-developed Turing AI chips gives the G7 a computational power of up to 2250 TOPS, claiming it to be the world's first L3-level AI car. He explained that achieving L3-level automation requires a significant computational threshold and regulatory certifications. The cost of developing the Turing AI chips was substantial, and Xiaopeng is optimistic about future financial recovery and continued collaboration with Volkswagen. He also mentioned the importance of selecting quality partners for future collaborations, reflecting the maturity of Xiaopeng as a company.
