With the rapid development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry, 'vehicle-road-cloud integration' has become a core path to achieving intelligent transportation, moving from concept to large-scale practice. By 2025, the construction of vehicle-road-cloud integration is accelerating. According to incomplete statistics from Gaishi Auto, as of July 23, over 15 regions have successively introduced relevant policies and launched bidding projects, demonstrating active exploration and strong determination in this field. Chongqing: Promoting Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integration Construction On July 16, Chongqing's 'Yuchain Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry Chain Action Plan (2025-2027)' was made public for comments. It mentions the promotion of vehicle-road-cloud integration construction, developing a pilot work plan for vehicle-road-cloud integration applications, and establishing a roadside infrastructure system that is comprehensively covered, technically diverse, standardized, and reliable. According to the plan, by 2027, 600 perception intersections will be built, covering 2,500 kilometers of urban roads and highways, with over 20,000 vehicles equipped with collaborative warning functions through OTA upgrades. Changchun: Launch of Bidding for Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integration Application Pilot Consulting Services On July 10, the bidding announcement for the '2025 Changchun Intelligent Connected Vehicle Application Pilot Consulting Service Project' was released. The project aims to provide consulting services for the vehicle-road-cloud integration application pilot, funded entirely by the Changchun Data Industry Development Co., Ltd. The estimated investment for this construction project is 171 million yuan, aiming to build about 400 intelligent intersections and 5,877 visual perception points.
