Recently, Chezhuwang obtained a set of official images of the Hyundai Elantra N TCR edition from relevant sources. The new car will first be launched in the Canadian market, offering both manual and automatic versions priced at CAD 47,599 (approximately RMB 248,600) and CAD 49,199 (approximately RMB 257,000), respectively. The official images indicate that the new car largely retains the design style of the Elantra N, featuring the iconic blue paint of the N series, complemented by red accents on the front and rear bumpers as well as the side skirts. The front doors are equipped with welcoming lights displaying "TCR Edition" and welcome pedals with the "N Performance" inscription.
On the side, the new car features exclusive 19-inch black forged wheels and is equipped with red four-piston brake calipers at the front. The rear is adorned with a fixed carbon fiber wing in a swan-neck design, and the trunk lid has a "TCR Edition" badge in the lower left corner for enhanced recognition.
The interior design of the Elantra N TCR edition is consistent with that of the Elantra N, with adjustments made in detail. The multifunctional steering wheel is made of Alcantara and features a center mark at the 12 o'clock position. The integrated sport seats have an "N" logo below the headrest, and the seat belts are in the signature blue of the N series.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 2.0T engine, producing a maximum power of 203 kW and a maximum torque of 392 Nm. The transmission system offers a choice of a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, and it is equipped with an electronic limited-slip differential. Additionally, the new car features an electronically controlled suspension. Chezhuwang will continue to monitor and report on more news about this new model.
