Nexperia Launches New MJD Series Bipolar Junction Transistors

On July 16, global semiconductor manufacturer Nexperia announced the launch of 12 new MJD type BJTs using the Clip Bonded FlatPower (CFP15B) package, further expanding its bipolar junction transistor (BJT) product lineup. The new MJPE series is designed to meet the ongoing demand for more energy-efficient and cost-effective designs in industrial and automotive applications. Compared to traditional DPAK packaged MJD transistors, the CFP15B MJPE devices significantly save circuit board space and offer cost advantages without compromising performance.
