New Uncamouflaged Spy Photos of the Zhijie R7 Revealed with New Brand Logo
Recently, uncamouflaged spy photos of the new Zhijie R7 have surfaced online, showcasing significant upgrades in the vehicle's appearance along with a new Zhijie brand logo. Based on the current spy shots, the new model is expected to launch in the second half of this year. In terms of exterior design, the new Zhijie R7 features a brand new logo, resembling the vertical emblem design seen in the Zunji model. The optimized front lights are expected to include interactive daytime running lights, similar to the design of the Wenjie M9. The design of the side air intakes has also been refined, and the front bumper has received updates as well. The vehicle is now equipped with Pirelli P ZERO E tires and features red brake calipers, along with newly styled blackened rims, giving the side profile a more aggressive look. The rear of the vehicle has been updated with a rearview camera and blacked-out badging. The Zhijie R7 is positioned as a mid to large-sized SUV and currently offers two powertrain options: pure electric and range-extended. The range-extended version is powered by a 156-horsepower 1.5T range extender. The Ultra version is equipped with dual motors, providing a total power output of 520 horsepower, while the Max and Pro versions come with a single motor delivering 320 horsepower. Depending on the configuration, the vehicle offers 37kWh and 53.4kWh battery packs, with CLTC range estimates of 251km, 331km, and 360km for the electric versions. The pure electric models are available with 82kWh and 100kWh battery packs, achieving CLTC range estimates of 667km, 736km, and 802km respectively.
