New Lantu Zhiyin SUV Officially Unveiled with Advanced Features

On July 23, the new Lantu Zhiyin, a mid-size SUV under the Lantu brand, was officially unveiled. The vehicle will be equipped with Huawei's latest generation ADAS 4 and HarmonySpace 5 cockpit, with plans to launch by the end of August. In terms of design, the most notable feature is the 46.75-inch 'Dynamic Star River Smart Light Curtain' on the front, which includes 264 automotive-grade LED lights, supporting eight preset lighting effects for greeting, parking, charging, and music light shows, among others. It also offers OTA upgrade capabilities and is adorned with over 50,000 diamond patterns for a stunning visual effect. The dimensions of the new car are 4810mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1636mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2925mm, both of which are longer than the current model. The taillights feature a popular through-type design with 132 luminous units that create a unique lighting signature. Additionally, the new model includes auxiliary driving system indicator lights, further enhancing its technological appeal. Inside, the new car adopts a trendy minimalist design, featuring a central console devoid of functional buttons, complemented by a floating central touchscreen and a two-tone interior color scheme for a premium visual quality. The vehicle debuts with the HarmonySpace 5 cockpit, promising an excellent user experience. Moreover, it is equipped with an in-car refrigerator to meet modern consumer needs. In terms of power, the new model features a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor with a maximum power of 230 kW and a peak torque of 395 N·m. Battery options are expected to include 79 kWh and 109 kWh packs, corresponding to a CLTC pure electric range of 650 km and 901 km, respectively.
