Jietu Launches New Mid-Size SUV Shanhai L7 PLUS Ahead of Chengdu Auto Show

Recently, Chezhuwang obtained a set of official images of the Jietu Shanhai L7 PLUS from relevant sources. The new vehicle is positioned as a mid-size SUV and is set to officially launch before the Chengdu Auto Show, which begins on August 29. As a new model, it adopts the latest design style of the family, featuring a rounded front face with C-shaped daytime running lights, a贯穿式 light strip, and vertically arranged LED headlights that give it a strong sense of heft and technology. The upper grille of the front face has a closed design, while the lower grille has a rectangular decorative opening, reflecting the current trend in new energy vehicles. The side profile of the vehicle has a straight waistline, equipped with roof racks, chrome-style window trim, and semi-hidden door handles that enhance its refinement. At the rear, the overall shape is full, with vertically arranged tail lights that create a贯穿式 effect. It is reported that the new vehicle will be equipped with the Falcon 500 driver assistance system. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4810mm in length, 1930mm in width, and 1705mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2820mm. The interior design is overall simple, offering a two-tone cockpit color scheme, a floating LCD instrument panel, and a 15.6-inch sunflower central control screen that supports a 10-degree tilt for easier operation by passengers. Additionally, the new model features an electronic gear lever and the new TOUR OS3.0 vehicle system. Seating layout shows that the new vehicle adopts a 2+3+2 seven-seat configuration, with the seat adjustment controls located above the vehicle door panel. In terms of power, the new model is equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain, where the 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115kW, and the total system power is 265kW, with a CLTC pure electric range of 220km. Furthermore, the vehicle also offers CDC electromagnetic suspension, supporting three damping modes: comfort, standard, and sport.
