Jietu and Teld New Energy Form Partnership to Build a New Luxury Hybrid Off-Road Landscape

On July 2, Jietu and Teld New Energy officially signed a collaborative ecological co-creation agreement. The two parties will engage in deep cooperation in three main areas: product co-creation and co-marketing, technological innovation, and data interoperability and sharing, in order to jointly promote the integrated development of new energy vehicles and charging infrastructure. The signing ceremony was attended by Teld's Chairman Yu Dexiang, Vice President Liu Zhongcheng, and Jietu’s Deputy General Manager of Domestic Marketing Wang Yang. In this partnership, Jietu and Teld have adopted an innovative supplier model, enabling joint research and sales of ecological products. Additionally, Jietu's sales and service network will be fully integrated with Teld's charging facilities, guiding users for efficient access and usage. Teld will provide Jietu users with comprehensive access to its advanced charging network resources, as well as professional support for charging station equipment, construction deployment, and overall solutions. In the future, both parties will further deepen technological collaboration to achieve data resource sharing, continuously optimize charging safety and efficiency through data analysis capabilities, and focus on joint research and application exploration in cutting-edge technology areas such as high-power charging and automated charging. Teld will leverage its digital platform advantages to collaborate with Jietu on data integration and value extraction, promoting deep user insights, value-added service development, and membership rights interoperability. Jietu's luxury hybrid off-road product line, Jietu Zongheng, was launched on January 22, 2025, attracting significant industry and user attention with its groundbreaking technology. Jietu Zongheng made its debut at the Shanghai International Auto Show in April 2025, and its first all-terrain luxury off-road SUV, the Zongheng G700, is set to be launched in the third quarter.
