These standards aim to provide timely and precise support for industrial innovation and upgrading. The focus of these group standards is on the forefront and key technological development directions of intelligent connected new energy vehicles, highlighting their role in guiding technological innovation, constructing a new industrial ecosystem, and serving government policy pilot programs. For example, the 'Full Solid-State Battery Determination Method' standard defines full solid-state batteries for the first time, addressing industry ambiguities regarding the concept and the lack of testing methods. In the context of constructing a cross-industry new ecosystem, the standard for electric passenger vehicles' battery swapping clearly specifies core aspects such as the battery swapping system, swapping mechanism, and electrical and cooling interfaces. Moreover, the 'Hierarchical Classification of Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integrated Infrastructure' standard focuses on actual application needs, proposing a classification system for urban intelligent roads to guide pilot city construction.
