Geely Emgrand 400,000 Commemorative Edition Launched in Chengdu
On July 9, Geely launched the Emgrand 400,000 Commemorative Edition in Chengdu. It offers two power combinations: 1.5L MT and 1.5L CVT, with four models priced between 68,900 to 86,900 RMB. After applying limited-time benefits, the price drops to a gratitude price of 55,900 to 73,900 RMB. The new car is built on the BMA architecture and features the family design language, characterized by a 'flowing cloud waterfall' front grille and a three-section air intake, giving it a robust and wide visual appeal. It is available in two new limited colors: ink blue and shimmering purple, catering to personalized demands. The car's dimensions are 4638mm in length, 1820mm in width, and 1460mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2650mm, providing spacious interiors. The rear features a continuous taillight group for high recognition. Inside, the car adopts a new 'Purple Air from the East' dual-tone theme, with door panels using luxury brand stitching techniques and featuring 26 smart storage spaces. All models come standard with Geely's Galaxy OS smart cockpit platform, which includes a dual large screen setup with a 10.25-inch fully LCD instrument panel and a 12.3-inch central control screen, supporting features like three-finger navigation and remote control via mobile apps. In terms of power, it is equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine that delivers a maximum power of 88kW and peak torque of 150N·m, paired with either a 5MT or CVT transmission, ensuring smooth and efficient performance at a travel cost of only 0.4 RMB per kilometer. Additionally, the new car is equipped with a high-strength cage body and six airbags for enhanced safety.
