GAC Honda and Dongfeng Honda Recall Domestic Vehicles

Recently, GAC Honda and Dongfeng Honda filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the "Regulations on the Recall of Defective Automobile Products" and related rules. Starting from August 31, 2025, GAC Honda will recall a total of 240,764 vehicles, including certain gasoline and plug-in hybrid versions of the Accord, Integra, Breeze, and ZR-V produced between June 28, 2022, and September 20, 2024. Dongfeng Honda will also recall 139,621 vehicles, including certain gasoline and plug-in hybrid versions of the Inspire, Honda HR-V, Civic, and CR-V produced between February 10, 2022, and September 23, 2024. The recalled vehicles may have a manufacturing defect where internal components of the high-pressure fuel pump could develop cracks due to stress concentration, potentially leading to fuel leaks and posing safety and emissions risks. Both companies will replace the affected high-pressure fuel pumps free of charge to eliminate safety hazards and emissions risks. Users will be notified of the recall via registered mail and will be contacted by authorized service centers to arrange the recall repairs. GAC Honda customers can call the service hotline at 800-830-8999 (landline only) or 400-830-8999 for inquiries, or visit the GAC Honda website for recall information. Dongfeng Honda customers can call 800-880-9899 (landline) or 400-880-6622 (mobile) for inquiries, or check the Dongfeng Honda website for recall details. Additionally, users can visit the recall center websites for more information and to report defects.
