According to foreign media reports, California-based robotics company Figure has launched the third generation F03 battery designed specifically for humanoid robots. This new battery will be produced at the company's BotQ factory and offers a capacity of 2.3 kilowatt-hours. The company claims that the new battery is sufficient to support peak performance for up to five hours. It is also the first battery in the humanoid robot field to achieve both UN38.3 and UL2271 safety standard certifications. This development marks a significant step in Figure's strategy of vertically integrating all key hardware systems. Founder Brett Adcock stated that Figure's success is rooted in its ability to control the entire technology stack. In addition to the battery, the company has also independently designed actuators and structural components to optimize performance, safety, and scalability.
