On July 18, Faraday Future (FF) officially launched the FX Super One, the first model under its second brand, Faraday X, and began accepting C-end reservations. The new vehicle is positioned as a pure electric mid-to-large MPV, designed to be an intelligent automotive life form that aims to resonate and coexist with its owners. The goal is to roll out the first vehicle by the end of 2025. The FX Super One features a spacious and refined interior, utilizing high-end materials and advanced technology. It includes a variety of thoughtful configurations such as spacious seating, ambient lighting, and premium entertainment systems, all aimed at providing a comfortable driving experience. The Super One plans to offer an all-wheel drive (AWD) option, with two powertrain choices: pure electric and Super AI hybrid (AIHER). In terms of design, the FX Super One showcases a futuristic look, with a front grille that consists of a single LED display screen instead of a traditional cooling grille, allowing for customizable patterns; this is referred to as the “Super EAI F.A.C.E. design,” where F.A.C.E stands for Front AI Communication Ecosystem. At the rear, the FX Super One features a continuous tail light group and vertically arranged LED light clusters on both sides, giving it a very stylish overall appearance. Inside, the new vehicle adopts a 2+2+2 six-seat layout, with the second row featuring dual zero-gravity seats equipped with massage, ventilation, and heating functions, while the rear row retains a ceiling-mounted entertainment screen. FF targets three core user groups: celebrities, business professionals, and families. The new model is set to offer AWD with both pure electric and Super AI hybrid (AIHER) options, available in four-seat GOAT versions, six-seat, and seven-seat configurations. As for pricing, FF has not officially announced it yet, but indicated that the FX Super One will be priced “on the higher side,” while also claiming it will be an “affordable mass-market MPV.”
