BYD Launches New Song L GT Electric Sedan

Recently, it was reported by Chezhijia that BYD has introduced the Song L GT model in the latest release of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's declaration directory. This new car is positioned as a pure electric sedan with a very dynamic appearance. The vehicle is built on the Song L EV platform, and from the images, it is evident that the design language closely follows that of the Song L EV, with adjustments made to certain details. The front features slender headlights, and the size of the black air vents on either side has been enlarged, creating an 'X-shaped' front fascia. The side lines are sporty and smooth, with the A-pillar treated in a black finish to create a visually floating roof effect. The rear design has not changed significantly, but upon closer inspection, a GT emblem has been added to the lower right corner to signify its identity. The dimensions maintain a wheelbase of 2930mm. As for the interior, official information has not yet been disclosed, but it is speculated that it will likely adopt the design of the Song L EV. In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with dual motors, delivering a total power output of 390kW, providing strong acceleration performance.
