Baolong Technology and JAC Motors Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On the morning of July 24, at the headquarters of JAC Motors in Hefei, Baolong Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JAC Motors. The ceremony was attended by key leaders including Xiang Xingchu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of JAC Group, as well as other executives from both companies. The cooperation between Baolong Technology and JAC Motors began in 2009, starting with projects related to valve stems and gradually expanding to include air springs, tanks, height sensors, air supply units, and pipeline systems for intelligent suspension systems, as well as tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and optical rain sensors for automotive safety and intelligent perception products. Over the years, both parties have deepened strategic mutual trust through solid technical cooperation results, witnessing JAC Motors' leap in high-end manufacturing and the breakthrough of its brand represented by the luxury technology model, the Respected S800. Following the signing, both parties will establish a first-class strategic cooperation supply chain, create an immediate information-sharing mechanism, deepen communication channels, and regularly conduct technical exchanges. They aim to jointly create industry-leading standards in craftsmanship and quality, and establish extensive and in-depth cooperation platforms in areas such as joint brand promotion, intelligent suspension system R&D, innovative intelligent driving technology, development of various sensors, and supply chain safety for key technologies and components. Baolong Technology will continue to invest and focus on key technologies such as intelligent suspension, TPMS, sensors, and intelligent driving assistance, forming a collaborative R&D alignment with JAC Motors' technical team to ensure precise matching with JAC Motors' needs. In terms of technical innovation, Baolong will share its latest achievements in intelligence and lightweight technologies to help JAC Motors' models continue to lead the industry. Furthermore, to ensure supply chain security, Baolong will prioritize the production capacity of its Hefei base to meet JAC Motors' demands, achieving localized production and supply of key components. In terms of cost optimization, Baolong aims to collaboratively create more market-competitive products through VAVE cost reduction cooperation, benefiting more people from advancements in automotive technology.
