BAIC Arcfox S3 Battery and Range Information Revealed

Recently, we obtained information regarding the power battery and range of the BAIC Arcfox S3 from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The new vehicle will be equipped with various battery specifications, including 51.8kWh, 52.9kWh, 64.8kWh, and 65.8kWh, offering two range versions of 550km and 650km. It is expected that the new model will be released within the year. In terms of appearance, the new model adopts a relatively minimalist design style, with a closed grille common in electric vehicles at the front. A continuous light strip is used above, presenting a U-shaped structure that is visually striking. The central air intake in the lower bumper echoes the black decorative pieces on both sides, further enriching the layered feel of the vehicle's front end. The side lines of the new model are simple and smooth, while the low-slung coupe-like shape gives the vehicle a strong sporty vibe. Additionally, the car offers two different specifications of low-resistance wheels: 215/55 R17 and 215/50 R18, which can effectively enhance the vehicle's sporty feel. The dimensions of the new vehicle are 4840mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1480mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2875mm. The rear also features a continuous taillight design, with a central black non-illuminating area decorated with black trim, echoing the design of the front end. In terms of power, the new model will be equipped with a single motor drive system with a maximum power of 150kW. The vehicle will match four different battery capacities, specifically 51.8kWh, 52.9kWh, 64.8kWh, and 65.8kWh, but the range versions are limited to 550km and 650km (specific testing conditions are unknown).
