On July 3, 2025, Avita Technology successfully held a signing ceremony with the Mallouk Group from Jordan in Dubai. Senior Director of Overseas Marketing Guo Haiyi, Head of Middle East and Europe Yang Fan, and representatives from Mallouk Group including General Manager Abdul Baset Mallouk and COO Mohammad Mallouk attended the event and signed a general agent agreement. This collaboration signifies another significant strategic move for Avita in the Middle East following its entry into the UAE and Qatar markets. It also marks Avita's intention to fully leverage its "new luxury" brand potential in the high-net-worth market of the Middle East, further solidifying its key position in the strategic landscape of the Middle East and Africa.
According to the cooperation agreement, Avita plans to complete product introduction, channel construction, and brand launch in the Jordan market within the next three months, aiming for localized implementation through an efficient model of "signing equals market." The first batch of 185 orders from Mallouk Group has already been shipped and is set to embark. This rapid pace is backed by Mallouk Group's 40 years of resource accumulation in the Middle East market. As a well-established consortium covering high-end sectors such as automobiles, motorcycles, and medical equipment, the group has a deep understanding of the Middle East automotive market and nearly 20 years of experience focusing on Chinese automotive brand operations. Its local automotive assembly plant and complete industrial chain will provide Avita with comprehensive support from production to sales. Leveraging its localized operational experience, Avita will quickly establish a product and service system that meets the needs of high-net-worth users in Jordan.
Since its entry into international markets in 2024, Avita has developed a strategic layout in the Middle East characterized by "UAE breakthrough, Qatar expansion, and Jordan landing," while simultaneously advancing in four overseas markets: ASEAN, CIS, Middle East Africa, and Latin America. To date, Avita has launched in Thailand and the UAE, with channel touchpoints covering 25 countries and regions and a total of 55 signed stores. As a brand of "high-end emotional intelligent electric vehicles," Avita supports its globalization process with the design philosophy and technical strength of "new emotional luxury." Its domestic products integrate Changan Automobile's manufacturing capabilities, Huawei's intelligent solutions, and CATL's energy technology, forming a unique competitive edge. The Avita 11 has won the Gold Award for Chinese Appearance Design due to its globally original design.
From steady growth in the domestic market to continued expansion in overseas territories, Avita is accelerating its globalization process with systematic capabilities. By 2025, Avita will have over 700 touchpoints domestically, covering more than 200 cities, while its overseas market will extend to 50 countries and regions, with plans to enter the European market in 2026. The cooperation with Mallouk Group not only signifies further channel extension for Avita but also represents a deep dialogue between the new luxury brand of China and the Middle East and African markets. Relying on Mallouk Group's strong localized operational capabilities, Avita will break boundaries in Jordan with the "new luxury" concept, redefining the new standards of luxury travel in the Middle East and Africa with attractive, intelligent, and high-value products, creating a new luxury ecosystem that integrates products, channels, and services, and providing local users with a brand experience of "intelligence at will, pursuing passion." This cooperation model will also become a paradigm for Avita's globalization strategy, promoting a dual empowerment of "Chinese technology + local resources" and accelerating its international market layout, thereby reshaping the value coordinate system of the global high-end automotive market.
