In-car refrigerators have become a coveted feature in intelligent cockpits, often described as an accessory that, once owned, is hard to live without. According to our statistics, nearly 40 models now come equipped with in-car refrigerators priced under 300,000 RMB. In the last two months alone, several new models priced just over 100,000 RMB have also included in-car refrigerators. Among these nearly 40 vehicles, about a quarter belong to the BYD brand. The BYD Seal 06 Touring Edition leads the pack with a record-breaking price of 109,800 RMB. Following closely is the Lynk & Co Z20, which is also quite affordable; however, it's important to note that the refrigerator is not standard and must be selected as an option across all models. The third and fourth spots are also occupied by BYD models, while the Dongfeng Nissan N7 is the only joint venture brand in the top five. Aside from being a highlight feature in new cars, many models are adding this option during their facelifts, such as the Leapmotor C16 and the Lantu FREE+. Notably, the Lantu FREE+ now includes standard refrigerators across all models after its facelift, along with a UV sterilization function. The popular Xiaomi YU7 is also a new addition to this list. Compared to the Xiaomi SU7, which has been on the market for over a year, the new model features several upgrades in its intelligent cockpit, including the striking Xiaomi Skyline screen and the controversial Qualcomm 8 Gen 3 consumer-grade chip. As for the in-car refrigerator, the Xiaomi YU7, like the SU7, requires an additional 2,000 RMB for the option. Surprisingly, the in-car refrigerator in Xiaomi's model does not support freezing and can only achieve a minimum cooling temperature of 2°C. In conclusion, we have compiled a list of models equipped with in-car refrigerators priced under 300,000 RMB. It is evident that this feature has shed its luxury car exclusivity and soon, even budget-friendly vehicles priced under 100,000 RMB may offer this option. We invite our readers to share their thoughts and expectations regarding in-car refrigerators in the comments!
