Spy Photos of Xiangjie Travel Version Exposed, Launching This Fall
Recently, spy photos of the second model from Xiangjie have surfaced online, revealing it to be a travel version vehicle. The official announcement has confirmed that a travel version will be launched, including both purely electric and hybrid models, scheduled for release this fall. In terms of appearance, the Xiangjie travel version will largely retain the front design of the Xiangjie S9, with the headlight assembly integrated into the side air intakes, and a front bumper featuring a continuous cooling vent. The overall front shape is trendy, and the roof is equipped with lidar. The side profile of the vehicle is elongated with a long wheelbase, and the size of the third-row windows is relatively large, giving the body a full and powerful look with multiple spoke wheels. At the rear, the tail lights are expected to continue the design of the S9, with a robust rear end and a large opening for the trunk. The interior will match that of the Xiangjie S9, featuring a three-spoke steering wheel alongside a display screen and a floating square screen, with a focus on high-quality materials throughout. In terms of power, the travel version is expected to carry over the powertrain from the Xiangjie S9, with the extended range model offering a CLTC electric range of 265 km and 365 km, a combined power output of 227 kW, and a torque of 320 Nm, with fuel consumption of 5.93L/100km when the battery is depleted. The pure electric version offers a single motor with a CLTC range of 816 km, maximum power of 227 kW, and maximum torque of 396 Nm; while the dual-motor version provides a CLTC range of 721 km, maximum power of 385 kW, and maximum torque of 673 Nm.
