SAIC Volkswagen Launches New Lavida L GTS to Celebrate 10th Anniversary

Recently, Chezhijia learned from relevant sources that on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Lavida model, SAIC Volkswagen has launched the all-new Lavida L GTS. The new vehicle features upgrades in both appearance and interior, and is equipped with a powerful 2.0T high-power engine. In terms of exterior design, the new model retains the classic coupe shape with smooth and dynamic roof lines, and the iconic frameless doors are also present. The front end features a large mouth style grille paired with a贯穿 style daytime running light, providing a strong visual impact. The rear design is distinctly layered, with slender strip tail lights echoing the front headlights, complemented by large diameter dual exhausts and special GTS markings, creating a rich sporty atmosphere. Inside the cabin, the upgraded 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel and 12.9-inch central control screen enhance the technological feel, paired with a racing-style multifunction steering wheel that appeals to the fashion-forward youth. Additionally, the car is equipped with a Qualcomm 8155 chip, and features the Wenxin large language model and iFlytek voice system, demonstrating excellent intelligent interaction. In terms of performance, the new model is powered by the same 2.0T turbocharged engine as the GTI, with a maximum power of 162 kW and a peak torque of 350 N·m, achieving a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in just 6.98 seconds. The new vehicle is expected to be officially launched during the Chengdu Auto Show in August, and more information will be continuously reported by Chezhijia.
