On July 24, NIO officially announced that its 800,000th mass-produced vehicle has rolled off the production line at the NIO Advanced Manufacturing facility in Hefei. The company remarked, "800,000 units is a new starting point. We will continue to invest in technological innovation, create exceptional products, and provide solid user services, steadily working towards achieving the one million milestone." The vehicle in question is the NIO ET90, which is set to officially launch on July 31, with deliveries commencing on August 1. The ET90 has been available for pre-sale since July 10, with a starting price of 279,900 yuan and a BaaS solution starting at 193,900 yuan. Nationwide test drives for the NIO ET90 have officially begun. In terms of design, the vehicle continues to follow the family design style, featuring highly recognizable split-type "Starry Road" interactive pixel headlights, which support adaptive high beams, dynamic cornering lights, and customizable light language functions. The 240L front trunk is a standout feature, capable of accommodating two 20-inch suitcases. The vehicle dimensions are 5145mm in length, 1998mm in width, and 1766mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3110mm. Inside, the ET90 adopts a "full cabin embrace" design philosophy, creating a warm and minimalist atmosphere while also providing a strong sense of technology. The central console is largely covered in soft materials, with details highlighted by wooden trim and titanium soft light strips, offering a visually distinct and high-quality feel. In terms of power, the vehicle is built on an all-domain 900V three-electric technology platform and will be available in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions. The rear-wheel drive version features a total motor power of 340kW, while the all-wheel drive version has a front motor power of 100kW and a rear motor power of 340kW. Battery options include both lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium, each with a capacity of 85kWh.
