New NIO ES8 Range Information Revealed with 102kWh Battery

The new NIO ES8's range information has been revealed, with the car set to be launched in September. The front of the vehicle features significant changes, including a redesigned closed grille that is more streamlined, complemented by optimized split headlights. The front bumper has also been redesigned and includes black air intakes, while the roof continues to be equipped with lidar. The rear of the car has upgrades to the taillights and rear bumper, with a simpler taillight design. In terms of dimensions, the new vehicle measures 5280mm in length, 2010mm in width, and 1800mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3130mm, making it larger than the current model. The new ES8 will be powered by dual motors, with maximum power outputs of 180kW for the front motor and 340kW for the rear motor. It will also offer a large 102kWh battery, providing a pure electric range of 635km under the CLTC standard.
