Meige Intelligent Launches High-Performance 5G Smart Cockpit Module SRM965
Meige Intelligent has announced the SRM965 series smart cockpit module, developed on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 flagship platform. This module utilizes a 4nm process and integrates an 8-core Kryo™ CPU (1x Kryo Prime 3.2 GHz + 4x Kryo Gold 2.8 GHz + 3x Kryo Silver 2.0 GHz), along with an Adreno 740 GPU and Adreno DPU 1295 featuring a Spectra 680 ISP. It supports display refresh rates of up to 144Hz or 4K@60Hz monitors and video decoding of up to 8K@30fps. The SRM965 also includes an upgraded Qualcomm Hexagon Tensor Processor, which supports mixed precision computing (INT4, INT8, INT16, and P16), enabling highly intuitive in-car AI experiences, natural interaction between the vehicle and driver, safety use cases, immersive graphics, multimedia, computer vision, high-quality audio, advanced wireless technology, extraordinary camera capabilities, and entertainment options, with a comprehensive AI computing power of up to 48 Tops. The module runs on the Android operating system with a default onboard storage of 128GB UFS + 16GB LPDDR5x, supporting WiFi 7 and BT5.3. The SRM965 series features a rich array of functional interfaces, including LCM, Display Port, touch screens, cameras, PCIe, USB, I2C, UART, and SPI interfaces. It has been developed and manufactured in strict accordance with the IATF16949:2016 automotive industry quality management system standards, and it boasts an ultra-wide operating temperature range to withstand the harsh automotive application environment while maintaining stable and efficient communication performance.
