Kia EV4 GT Spy Photos Leaked, Expected to Launch in 2026

Recently, Chezhiyuan obtained a set of spy photos of the Kia EV4 GT from overseas media. The new car is positioned as a pure electric compact performance vehicle, competing with the Volkswagen ID.3 GTX. It is reported that the vehicle may officially debut in 2026. From the exposed spy photos, although the test vehicle is covered with heavy camouflage, its overall silhouette still reveals that it is based on the Kia EV4 Hatchback model, equipped with a more aggressive sports kit, featuring details unique to performance models, such as the front hood and rear spoiler. Additionally, the 20-inch wheels reveal green brake calipers, indicating its performance version identity. Regarding the powertrain, official details have not yet been disclosed. However, based on current information, it is likely that the vehicle will be equipped with a front-mounted single motor, with total horsepower expected to exceed 350Ps. There is also the possibility of adding a motor to the rear axle, boosting total horsepower to 480Ps and reducing the 0-100 km/h acceleration time to under 4 seconds.
