On July 28, Keenon Robotics held a brand launch event for its humanoid robot brand 'Keenon Humanoid' in Shanghai, officially introducing its first bipedal service robot, the XMAN-F1. Based on Keenon's extensive product matrix and considerable commercial implementation experience, Keenon has developed and launched the world's first job-specific model for the service industry, named ProS. This model integrates general large models to provide cross-scenario foundational capabilities, allowing the XMAN-F1 to transition from executing single tasks to completing full-service loops across various scenarios such as restaurants, hotels, and retail. The robot can perform standardized operations including meal preparation, table clearance, and room organization. Keenon dissects commercial service scenarios (like fast food restaurants) into independent work modules, each corresponding to a specific standardized job with clear boundaries and responsibilities, creating a precise mapping between 'robot and job'. The standardized processes for these jobs enable the work content of the service robots to be accurately described and results to be standardized and evaluated, facilitating the formation of a closed loop for robotic capabilities in commercial environments. The bipedal XMAN-F1 uses bionic motion control and dynamic balance technology to execute tasks in complex service scenarios involving stairs, slopes, and more within restaurant, hotel, healthcare, and retail environments. It ensures stable walking and movement in narrow spaces and crowded areas through full-body coordinated control, balancing efficiency and safety. Keenon Robotics, established in 2010, relies on its fully self-developed technology system and complete chain capabilities from 'R&D to intelligent manufacturing to implementation' to build one of the most comprehensive product matrices in the industry, covering humanoid robots, delivery robots, cleaning robots, and more, providing cutting-edge embodied intelligent solutions to global customers. To date, Keenon Robotics has shipped over 100,000 units, with its business spanning the entire ecosystem of dining, hospitality, healthcare, and retail. Its products are sold in over 60 countries and regions across more than 600 cities worldwide, with subsidiaries/offices in places like South Korea, the Netherlands, the United States, Japan, and Hong Kong, and over 80 operational centers globally.
