Recently, official images of the interior of the Jetta VS8 have been released. The new vehicle is positioned as a mid-size SUV and has already completed registration with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is expected to be unveiled soon and will be powered by a 1.4T engine. The interior features a completely new design style with a straight dashboard and a dual-tone color scheme that enhances its layered appearance. Additionally, the car is equipped with a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a large floating central control screen, and ambient lighting, combining technology and fashion. The gear area also includes a wireless charging panel for mobile phones, storage compartments, and cup holders. In terms of exterior design, based on previously released preview and declaration images, the front of the new vehicle features a borderless grille with matrix elements, complemented by uniquely shaped headlight groups and a suspected through-light strip, enhancing its recognizability. The side profile showcases a trend towards a flatter roofline. The dimensions of the new vehicle are 4629mm in length, 1851mm in width, and 1624mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2731mm. In terms of power, the new vehicle will be equipped with a 1.4T engine, code-named DLE, with a maximum power output of 110kW, consistent with the current VS7 model.
