On July 29, 2025, Guoqi Intelligent Control (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. officially announced that it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with autonomous driving technology company Nullmax on the 25th of this month. The two parties will engage in deep technical collaboration in areas such as the construction of a complete data closed-loop for intelligent driving and the development of end-to-end intelligent driving technology, jointly promoting the mass production and ecological construction of advanced intelligent driving systems. Guoqi Intelligent Control positions itself as a supplier of underlying technology platforms for intelligent connected vehicles, providing customized intelligent driving solutions and hardware-software system integration services to vehicle manufacturers through a layered decoupling architecture of 'hardware platform - onboard operating system - application software.' Nullmax, on the other hand, has developed the MAX full-stack technology platform based on its computer vision and deep learning technology system, which includes upper-layer applications, middleware, and cloud data. Its next-generation end-to-end intelligent driving technology, the Nullmax Intelligence system, employs a purely vision-based perception solution, achieving driving decisions without reliance on high-precision maps, and focuses on developing intelligent driving applications across all scenarios.
