Recent reports indicate that the Dodge RAM 1500 TRX will make its comeback and officially enter production in early 2026, expected to be the first product from the revived SRT division. Stellantis has recently reintroduced the RAM 1500 equipped with a V8 engine, generating significant excitement among fans. The current RAM 1500 TRX will conclude its run with a Final Edition model in 2024, showcasing top-tier off-road capabilities. It features Bilstein adaptive dampers, with a front wheel travel of 33 cm and rear wheel travel of 36 cm. The vehicle offers a ground clearance of 28 cm, achieving approach, departure, and breakover angles of 30.2 degrees, 23.5 degrees, and 21.9 degrees, respectively, with a water fording height of 32 inches (approximately 81.28 cm). In terms of power, the current RAM 1500 TRX is equipped with a 6.2L supercharged V8 engine, delivering a maximum output of 712 horsepower and peak torque of 880 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.
