Baolong Technology Secures Contract for Air Spring Dampers with High-End EV Manufacturer

Recently, Baolong Technology has been awarded a contract for dual-chamber air spring damper assemblies by a renowned foreign electric vehicle startup focusing on high-end models. The project will utilize Baolong's self-developed electronic control dampers. Spanning a lifecycle of six years, the total project value exceeds 160 million yuan, with mass production planned for 2026. This marks Baolong's first overseas contract for electronic control dampers. The electronic control dampers developed by Baolong integrate the company's leading advantages in air springs, allowing for a more perfect match between damper performance and air spring performance. The product features include a compact solenoid valve, high consistency in damping force, reliable locking of the valve system, a wide adjustable force range, low friction, and high internal cleanliness. Baolong has established a 100,000-level cleanliness intelligent cleanroom in its Hefei facility, effectively ensuring a clean production process. The production line is highly automated and compatible with both single and dual-valve electronic control dampers. The production process is precisely traced by an MES system to ensure consistency. With its self-developed continuously adjustable electronic control dampers now secured for mass production projects with vehicle manufacturers, along with already mass-produced air springs, air supply units, suspension controllers, air tanks, sensors, and the jointly developed fully active suspension electro-hydraulic pump with Weifu High Technology, Baolong can provide customers with a one-stop intelligent suspension solution.
